In August, the Financial Stability Partnership began distributing the FamilyWize Prescription Drug Discount Card to residents in Muskingum, Perry and Morgan Counties. From August through October, residents have used the card 678 times and saved $8,588.02 on prescription medications not covered by insurance!

The FamilyWize Prescription Drug Discount card has saved an average of 34% per medication. This card is available free of charge and provides an instant discount on prescription medication that is not covered by insurance.  It can be used as often as needed by individuals without prescription coverage, by individuals that have insurance with a high deductible or in situations where a particular medication is not covered under your plan.

There is no registration and no income or age requirements to use the FamilyWize card. The FamilyWize card may be used by everyone in the household as often as needed. The card is accepted at all pharmacies in Muskingum, Perry and Morgan Counties.   The Financial Stability Partnership would like to thank all of the pharmacies for participating in this program.
